What candidates ask.
What does the interview process look like? +
3 stages: 30-minute intro call, 60-minute role discussion (may include a short task for technical roles), final conversation with the department head or founder. Full process within 2 to 3 weeks.
Can I apply for more than one role? +
Yes, but only if both are genuinely a good fit. Applying to multiple roles without a real case for each wastes your time and ours. Not sure? Email us at careers@cokonet.com.
Do I need EdTech experience? +
For most roles, no. Domain understanding matters more. We have hired from consulting, IT services, banking and marketing.
Is remote work available? +
Depends on the role. Technology and marketing roles are hybrid or remote. Academic and placement roles need office presence. Location is noted on each job card above.
What if I have a long notice period? +
Up to 60 days for most roles. Strong fit? We can negotiate the start date. Mention your notice period in your application.
Can I reapply if I was rejected before? +
Yes, if at least 6 months have passed. Note that you applied before and what has changed. It does not count against you.
