When you enquire, enrol, subscribe to batch alerts, or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, city, the course you are interested in, and any message you send. When you pay course fees, the payment is processed by Razorpay; we receive a payment reference and status, never your full card or bank credentials.
Like most websites, our server logs record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used only for security and to keep the site running well.
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange counselling calls, process enrolments and payments, deliver classes and certificates, provide placement support, and send batch alerts you asked for. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
We may share limited details with service providers who help us operate, such as our payment gateway (Razorpay) and communication tools, strictly for the purposes above.
