The service

Cokonet Academy provides instructor-led training programmes, internships, placement assistance and related services. Course details, schedules and trainers described on this site may be refined from time to time; material changes to a batch you have enrolled in will be communicated to you.

Course fees are agreed with your counsellor before enrolment and confirmed at the time of payment. Fees are not published on this website.

Enrolment and your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate details when enquiring or enrolling, to use the learning platform and materials for your own personal learning, and not to record, share or resell class content or login access.

As an enrolled learner you also agree to the standards in our Training and Placement Policy, including minimum attendance (85% to complete a course, 90% for placement eligibility), full submission of graded assignments, a minimum pass score of 70% per assessment, completion of your capstone and mock interview, disclosed and limited use of AI tools, and professional conduct on our premises. Certificates are issued only after all academic requirements are met and all dues are cleared.

Payments, refunds and placement

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By paying, you confirm the amount matches what was agreed with your counsellor. Refunds are governed by our Refund policy, which includes a 7-day 100% refund window subject to conditions.

Placement assistance means genuine, active support with interviews and employer connections; it is facilitative in nature and not a guarantee of employment unless expressly stated in a written agreement for a specific programme. Eligibility conditions are set out in the Training and Placement Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala having jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continue to apply. For questions, contact support@cokonet.com.
