If you cancel in writing to finance@cokonet.com before your batch begins, you are eligible for a refund of fees paid, less any payment-gateway charges and a processing fee communicated by your counsellor at enrolment.
If Cokonet cancels or indefinitely postpones a batch you enrolled in, you receive a full refund or a free transfer to the next batch, your choice.
Refund eligibility after classes begin depends on the terms agreed with your counsellor for your specific programme and is generally limited once a substantial portion of live sessions or materials has been delivered. Batch transfers and course changes are usually available as alternatives; ask learner support first.
Scholarship-discounted fees, one-time offers and completed programmes are non-refundable unless required by law.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay, normally within 7 to 10 working days of approval. Write to finance@cokonet.com with your name, phone number, enrolment reference and payment reference to start a request.
If you believe a payment was made in error or without authorisation, contact us immediately at +91 90486 66140 and we will investigate with the payment gateway.
