Learner stories

Hear it from people who have done it.

We publish filmed interviews rather than written quotes, so you can judge for yourself. Not every batch has a filmed story yet, and we would rather point you at the channel than invent one.

Watch the filmed interviews

Our YouTube channel carries unscripted interviews with learners who finished a Cokonet course and moved into an SAP, data, cloud or design role. Nobody in them is an actor, and we do not put words in anyone's mouth.

Talk to someone who took this course

The placement team can put you on a call with a Salesforce (Admin + Dev) learner who is now working in the field, so you can ask about the syllabus, the trainers and the interviews without a counsellor in the middle.

What these roles actually pay

Rather than quote one person's package, the career table lower down sets out the roles this course leads to year by year, with indicative pay compiled from public 2025-26 market data and switchable by market.

Why now

Why Salesforce, and why now.

Salesforce runs sales and service for the world's enterprises, and its ecosystem cannot hire configured-and-certified people fast enough. Like SAP, it rewards platform specialists: learn one deep system and the demand, and the pay, follows you for a career.

#1CRM platform globally

The default customer system of enterprises, with an ecosystem hiring in every metro and GCC.

9.3MEcosystem jobs forecast

IDC-scale projections keep the Salesforce economy among tech's largest employers.

2-pathAdmin and developer

Non-coders thrive as admins; coders climb the Apex ladder. This course opens both.

Why it is a smart move for you

No-code start, real ceiling

Admin work is configuration, not code; developers then go deep on Apex.

Certification-shaped

ADM-201 and PD1 are hiring filters; the course is built along their blueprints.

Ecosystem stickiness

Salesforce skills compound: consultant, architect and product paths all open.

GCC and remote friendly

Salesforce delivery centres in India and the Gulf hire continuously.

Eligibility

Is Salesforce (Admin + Dev) right for you?

Salesforce suits organised, process-minded people. Admins need no coding; the developer track welcomes anyone who completes the admin foundation.

  • A sales, support or ops professional who lives in CRMs

  • A fresher aiming for consulting and GCC roles
What you will need
  • A graduate degree in any stream

FAQ

The questions people actually ask.

If yours isn't here, a counsellor answers it on a 20-minute call.

Salesforce or SAP: which should I choose? +
Both are platform careers with deep demand. SAP suits finance and supply-chain minds; Salesforce suits sales, service and cloud-native builders, with a no-code admin entry. A counsellor can map your background to the better fit honestly.
Do I need coding for Salesforce? +
Not for the admin path, which alone gets first jobs. The developer half teaches Apex assuming no background, and many admins add it in year two for the salary jump. This course gives you both from day one.
Which certifications does the course prepare me for? +
Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) and Platform Developer I, the two filters recruiters apply, each with full mock exams. Exams are booked with Salesforce and charged separately.
What is the starting salary in the Salesforce ecosystem? +
Certified admins typically start between Rs 3.5 and 6 lakh. Admin-plus-developer profiles reach Rs 6 to 11 lakh within two to three years, and consultants and architects climb steeply from there.
Is Salesforce demand real in Kerala and the Gulf? +
Yes. Consulting majors run large Salesforce practices from Indian delivery centres including Technopark ecosystems, and GCC digital programs hire admins and developers continuously.
Will I practise on a real Salesforce system? +
On your own developer org from week one: every module ends in configuration or code living in your org, which becomes demo material in interviews.
Is it online or classroom, and is Malayalam support available? +
Both. In-person batches in Trivandrum, Kochi and Bengaluru, plus live online batches across Kerala and the GCC. Sessions are in clear English with Malayalam support.
Do you guarantee a job after the course? +
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. We provide structured placement support and real introductions across 400+ corporate partners, with support continuing six months after you finish.
